How to Order
1. Like something you see? Want it? Send in your order to:

2. When ordering, please include the following:
- Name
- Contact number
- Address
- Item(s)
- Payment method
Or; alternatively, fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
3. When your order has been received and acknowledged, an invoice will be sent.
Upon confirmation from you, the HeartWear Shop will proceed to send you the banking details.
The HeartWear Shop uses:

4. Postage costs will be borne by the buyer. The HeartWear Shop prefers Poslaju. International shoppers are welcomed. Send me an e-mail to discuss international shipping charges.
5. Bank in/transfer the payment to HeartWear Vintage's account within 3 days after confirmation.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
6. Once payment has been made, please notify The Heartwear Shop.
Include these details:
- The bank through which you made the payment
- The total amount banked in/transferred and at what time.
7. When payment has been confirmed, the Heartwear Shop will proceed to post your item(s), and will e-mail you the tracking number once posted.
8. Patiently await the arrival of the latest addition to your closet's collection :)

Terms & Conditions
- 1. All dresses are unique and in one size/colour only. So hurry up! First come, first serve. Serious buyers only.
- 2. Reservation period is 3 days. Payment must be made within this time. So don't miss out, and make haste, lest lose it to someone else; as we reserve the right to release it to someone else without prior notice. Reservation time may be negotiated under reasonable circumstances :)
- 3. Dresses sold are NOT exchangeable, returnable, nor refundable.
- 4. Note that the colours may slightly differ due to lighting conditions.
- 5. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer upon payment of the dress(es).
- 6. Emails/inquiries/orders will be replied to within 24 hours; otherwise, please resend.
